Elena Vasileiou — Here We’re Talking About Adoration
#01

Elena Vasileiou

“Here We’re Talking About Adoration”

“Here We’re Talking About Adoration” is an exhibition conceived as a love letter to one’s twenties: chaotic, charged, full of mistakes, desires and uncertainty.

It portrays young people building worlds, living intensely, loving, travelling and celebrating. Inspired by the song by Kore. Ydro., it praises their freedom, recklessness, divine strength and passion.

Vasiliki Klonara — I Folded My Secrets Like Paper Birds
#02

Vasiliki Klonara

“I Folded My Secrets Like Paper Birds”

“I Folded My Secrets Like Paper Birds” explores a landscape suspended between reality and imagination, where silence and vast horizons suggest that more exists than what is seen.

Water, memory and hidden stories flow through it, while birds emerge as fragile symbols of freedom and vulnerability, reflecting my own presence in the landscape.

Marianna Garitsi — An Obstacle on the Path to Oblivion
#03

Marianna Garitsi

“An Obstacle on the Path to Oblivion”

Objects that carry the breath of a presence bear witness to our passage. Between memory and decay, human experience takes form.

The quiet recording of these elements becomes the only counterweight to time: a small obstacle on the path to oblivion, shaped through observation and acceptance.

Nikolaos Georgios Parthenis — Lumen Hilare
#04

Nikolaos Georgios Parthenis

“Lumen Hilare”

Biblical narratives, often questioned, have profoundly influenced people through the ages. Faith, temples and lives have been devoted to preserving them.

Whatever remains—people, places or objects—becomes a bearer of meaning, leaving the viewer to interpret and understand these “signs”.

Vasilis Nesseris — Nomadic Livestock Farming
#05

Vasilis Nesseris

“Nomadic Livestock Farming”

Being of Vlach descent, I remember my grandfather recounting experiences of nomadic livestock farming as part of his life.

Drawn to the stability within the instability of nomadic life, to life in the mountains and the balance between the needs of the flock and those of people, I return to record what remains of this way of life today.

Angeliki Tsiotinou — A Brief History of Unexpected Events
#06

Angeliki Tsiotinou

“A Brief History of Unexpected Events”

This project invites us into a world that works according to its own, quirky plan: a world oscillating between reason and paradox, order and collapse, abandonment and renewal.

In this world, the material remnants of everyday life resist their appointed destiny, acting as if they possessed the agency to determine a future of their own. They become evidence of a history that unfolds without our permission—yet one too palpable to ignore.

Nikos Kaloumenos — Departures, Arrivals
#07

Nikos Kaloumenos

“Departures, Arrivals”

The funding will allow me to bring Departures, Arrivals together as a photographic book.

For me, the book is a way to give continuity to the images, allow them to breathe together and share an experience that remains open and in progress.

Anatoli Tsaia — Everything Under This Sun
#08

Anatoli Tsaia

“Everything Under This Sun”

Everything Under This Sun unfolds in a state of suspension, where time appears to stop. Moments remain charged with a muted tension, as though something is about to take shape at any instant.

Between the familiar and the landscape, a light that never settles allows a shifting world to emerge. Presence and absence coexist, sustaining a dreamlike condition that feels familiar yet, at times, remains unreachable.

Regina Sdrali — Don’t Store Within Reach
#09

Regina Sdrali

“Don’t Store Within Reach”

An isolated house becomes a self-contained society governed by its own rules. Many people coexist within it, yet remain emotionally disconnected.

Through scenes of everyday life and suggestions of tension, a paradoxical condition takes hold: a suffocating, charged environment poised between reality and fiction.

Eleftheria Toliou — The Need for Cities and Castles
#10

Eleftheria Toliou

“The Need for Cities and Castles”

The spaces in which everyday rituals unfold—the home and family table, the school, the city itself—operate both as fields of discipline and as potential spaces of freedom.

Through their arrangement, informal rules and repetition, they organise the behaviour of their subjects, imposing roles and ways of participating.

Katerina Vavdinoudi — Forget Me Not
#11

Katerina Vavdinoudi

“Forget Me Not”

Forget Me Not examines the nature of memory by reconstructing recollections within unnatural environments.

Spaces made from aluminium foil—fragile, cold and distorted—are placed within living surroundings, while human figures revive scenes that have been lost, like memories that persist but never fully return.

Christos Kourtidis — Unattended
#12

Christos Kourtidis

“Unattended”

Unattended explores abandoned spaces where people are no longer present, yet their traces remain.

The project maps absence, memory and residual signs across different parts of Greece. Certain places function as portraits of absence, forming a coherent photographic sequence intended for self-publication as a book.

Achilleas Georgopoulos — The Land Beyond the River
#13

Achilleas Georgopoulos

“The Land Beyond the River”

We ran unbound, us children, wondering what waited for us beyond the river’s edge. But this place turned into quicksand for those who stayed. Addictions, obsessions, loves, friends, family—everything seems to swallow you down.

How did we lose ourselves in a place we call home? Searching for this emotion, the feeling of home, even when you are home. No one seems to know where they are going anymore, in a place with no past or future. Some dead and some living, most of them doing something in between. Like the river takes our memories and dreams.

Sokratis Apatsidis — Not a Place
#14

Sokratis Apatsidis

“Not a Place”

Not a Place takes shape as a study of balance and utopia. It searches for calm in a world that, over time, distances us from play, dreams and nature.

A series of journeys, explorations and reconnections.

Nikolas Papadopoulos — United States of Balkans
#15

Nikolas Papadopoulos

“United States of Balkans”

United States of Balkans is a documentary project across the wider Balkan region, seeking to record the changes that have taken place, especially since 2020. The transformation from the Balkans of the 1980s and 1990s that many of us remember is dramatic.

These changes are social, political and economic. The region remains unstable and multicultural, yet shares many cultural elements. This is a long-term project spanning eleven countries.

Kleanthi Palla — Nymphs of the Water
#16

Kleanthi Palla

“Nymphs of the Water”

In the project Naiads, I want to stage and create an editorial photo shoot as a contemporary representation of the mythological water nymphs.

Niki Stefanidou — Animus
#17

Niki Stefanidou

“Animus”

I hover in a present that I imprison in the past, reflecting on decay and incorruptibility through the paradoxical representation of the “dead” by the living.

Michelangelo believed that the sculpture was trapped inside the marble, echoing the Platonic principle that the soul belongs to the invisible world of ideas and is held captive by the human body.

Anna Pournara — Hidden Folder
#18

Anna Pournara

“Hidden Folder”

Hidden Folder is a personal inquiry into shame and body image. As the body is repeatedly photographed, altered, and reintroduced into the home, the boundary between documentation and creation begins to blur.

Distorted representations placed in broken frames and damaged surfaces reflect an ongoing negotiation with shame, vulnerability, and the desire for acceptance.

Katerina Pouliou — Chaos
#19

Katerina Pouliou

“Chaos”

Chaos is not merely disorder. It is the moment before form, before calm, before understanding. It is an inner and outer world that appears fractured, yet simultaneously carries the possibility of a new beginning.

This photographic project attempts to depict chaos both as disorder and as a profoundly human experience.

Annita Chatzikou — After the Big White Whale
#20

Annita Chatzikou

“After the Big White Whale”

The support and funding will allow me to travel to London for a series of visits to the Natural History Museum. There, I want to photograph a singular exhibit: the 25-metre skeleton of a blue whale in the central hall, together with rare and unusual marine specimens in the museum’s specialist wing.

These images will enrich the project I am developing, both visually and conceptually, and contribute to its evolution.

Alexandros Kazamias — You Taught Me How to Leave
#21

Alexandros Kazamias

“You Taught Me How to Leave”

I’m turning 22, but I think I only began existing since last summer. Before that I was just an observer. My parents taught me how to live; now I’m trying to do it on my own.

My dad used to burn loose threads off my coat with a lighter. Now I don’t know which thread of mine to cut first.

Lydia Grigorakou — Wild Animals That Sense and Then Die
#22

Lydia Grigorakou

“Wild Animals That Sense and Then Die”

Complicated families… A wild animal exists somewhere within. We all carry darkness inside us. What matters is being able to recognise it.

Places stand abandoned yet, in a strangely familiar way, remain inhabited. Like interior spaces of the self. Places where you hide…

Konstantinos Gkonis — Descent
#23

Konstantinos Gkonis

“Descent”

The world around us—and often we ourselves—choose the path of inaction and apathy, whether through pain, fear or any other justification we can find.

This condition consumes us from within as we continue moving through a loop of tormenting complacency, until it leads to complete immobility—to death. This is what happened to my mother.

Samael Tsekoulis — The Show Must Go ON
#24

Samael Tsekoulis

“The Show Must Go ON”

In a world full of pain, war and sadness, in an unending exposure of pictures of death, tears and destruction, there are still moments of joy, love, hope and life that keep us going.
